Whether you’re a beginner or an experienced climber, indoors or on natural rock, our mountain guides will share their extensive knowledge of this exciting and sometimes challenging sport.
From body positioning and specific climbing moves to belaying techniques, climbing is a comprehensive activity that helps you push your limits and build trust with your belay partner.
All climbing equipment—including shoes, helmet, and harness—is provided for every participant.
HOW IT WORKS :
- We’ll meet you at Tignespace, the climbing gym located in the centre of Tignes le Lac.
- After a brief introduction and safety briefing, your guide will help you get equipped with a harness, climbing shoes, and helmet. Then, you’ll head to the base of the wall, ready to start your first indoor climbing route.
- This is the moment you’ve been waiting for!

- Free resort buses provide easy access to the climbing spot from Tignes Val Claret and Tignes le Lac.
- A "Chill & Relax" area is available before and after your rafting trip at the whitewater base.
- Reach Bourg-Saint-Maurice in about 45 minutes by car (free parking at the base).
- Option to take part in another activity in Bourg-Saint-Maurice (paragliding, tree climbing, etc.)
