Introductory mountain bike sessions for young children!
Fun, play-based biking lessons in safe, child-friendly areas like Bike Land in Tignes — a secure zone with mini downhill features designed just for kids.
These sessions help young children quickly gain confidence and learn the basics of mountain biking in a safe and playful environment — all while having fun and making new friends!
Sessions are held in the late afternoon, once the resort's bike park has closed for the day.
HOW IT WORKS :
- After a quick introduction to the activity and a proper equipment fitting, the children head off on a 1-hour mountain bike ride around the resort, supervised by their instructor.
- At the end of the session, a short debrief between the instructor and the parents is offered to share feedback and answer any questions.
3 ROUTES TO CHOOSE FROM, DEPENDING ON YOUR AGE AND LEVEL:
- "Discovery": Introduction to rafting - 9 kms (from 7 years old)
- "Intégrale" : Haute Isère intégrale - 19 kms (from 11 years old)
- "Perfectionnement" : Doron de Bozel - 2 x 8 kms (for experienced rafters)

- A "Chill & Relax" area is available before and after your rafting trip at the whitewater base.
- Reach Bourg-Saint-Maurice in about 45 minutes by car (free parking at the base).
- Option to take part in another activity in Bourg-Saint-Maurice (paragliding, tree climbing, etc.)

A must-try activity!
Usually not very comfortable in the water, the guides reassured me as soon as I arrived, and put me at ease in just a few minutes! My children were amazed and proud of me! Incredible sensations and landscapes that I won't soon forget!
