A "Via Ferrata" is a thrilling route on a rock face, equipped with specific elements designed to make your climb easier, while keeping you safe every step of the way.
A continuous lifeline along the route ensures you're securely connected to the rock face, giving you complete safety and autonomy.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced climber, the Roc de Tovière Via Ferrata in Val d'Isère has something for everyone, offering 3 levels of difficulty to suit all abilities!
HOW IT WORKS :
- After a brief introduction to the activity and a safety briefing, you'll head to the starting point of the Roc de Tovière Via Ferrata, located at the entrance to Val d'Isère.
- Once you're equipped and roped up with your guide, it's time to begin your ascent!
- The via ferrata is divided into 3 sections, ranging from "Easy" to "Very Difficult," with escape routes at the end of each section, allowing you to choose the level that suits you best!
3 ROUTES TO CHOOSE FROM, DEPENDING ON YOUR AGE AND LEVEL:
- "Discovery": Introduction to rafting - 9 kms (from 7 years old)
- "Intégrale" : Haute Isère intégrale - 19 kms (from 11 years old)
- "Perfectionnement" : Doron de Bozel - 2 x 8 kms (for experienced rafters)
